Steps to Exchange:

Contact Us: Simply contact us at hello@aerooptics.com.au, or via our contact form let us know what strength you ordered, your correct strength and the date of purchase.

Return the Glasses: If your return is accepted, we’ll provide you with the return address and Case No.

Receive Your New Pair: Upon receipt of your return, we will promptly send you a new pair of matching readers with the correct strength at no extra cost.

Limit/Exceptions: Limited to one no cost replacement per pair of readers purchased. Readers that have been damaged due to use may not be accepted for a no costs replacement.
